At JB Air Purifier, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours.
  • Personalised or custom-made items may take longer to process.
  • If your order contains both standard and custom items, the order may be split and delivered in parts.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable in case of returns.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, Email, and SMS.

Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy for all unused items, no questions asked.

Non-Returnable ItemsThe following items are not eligible for return, except in case of defects:

  • Opened or used replacement filters
  • Custom-made or personalised units
  • Clearance or goodbye sale products

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags, manuals, and protective materials intact.
  • Any missing items (including free gifts or promotional items) will result in a deduction up to the full MRP from the refund.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to missing or damaged items.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse.
  • Refunds are processed at the original invoice value only.
  • Price changes or ongoing offers are not considered.
  • Refunds are completed within 7–10 working days.

Refund Method

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
  • COD orders: Refunded to your UPI or bank account.

Exchange & Replacement

  • You can request an exchange or replacement within 15 days under the same conditions as returns.
  • Replacement or exchange is processed only after the original item is picked up or received at our warehouse.
  • If the exact item is unavailable, we will offer the closest available alternative or a refund.

Return & Exchange Process

Initiating a RequestYou can initiate a request via:

  • The JB Air Purifier website/app
  • Contacting Customer Support

Once the return is booked:

  • Please be available for the reverse pickup.
  • Answer delivery partner calls.
  • Missed pickups may require rebooking and cause delays.

Non-Serviceable Pin CodesIn rare cases where reverse pickup is not available:

  • You may be requested to self-ship the product.
  • We reimburse shipping costs up to ₹70.
  • Any amount above ₹70 will be adjusted against your refund.

Missing / Empty Parcel Claims

If you receive an empty parcel or missing product:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory.
  • Claims without sufficient proof may be rejected.
  • The final decision rests with JB Air Purifier.

International Orders

  • International orders are not eligible for free shipping.
  • Delivery timelines may extend due to customs processing.
  • Return shipping, duties, and taxes are borne by the customer.

Important Notes

  • JB Air Purifier reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the stated conditions.
  • Refunds will not include shipping charges (if any).
  • Products purchased from third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) are governed by their respective policies.
